Professional Practice Goal Statement (Target: May 2028)
“By May 2027/28, I will strengthen my professional practice to hold high expectations for students by consistently developing and implementing plans that include clear objectives, culturally responsive strategies, and progress monitoring tools in all of my sessions. Progress will be measured through service or intervention plans, student progress data related to engagement in the curriculum, and feedback from supervisors and colleagues.”
Pillar 1: Clear Objectives Standard-aligned, student-friendly learning targets in 100% of plans
Pillar 2: Culturally Responsive Asset-based, multimodal, affirming high-challenge/high-support scaffolds
Pillar 3: Progress Monitoring Session exit checks, engagement rubrics & data-informed adjustments
