Met the goal but required 1 or 2 small verbal prompts to correct behavior during the period.

Required 3 or more reminders, or behavior caused a significant, uncorrected disruption.

Hands to Self
Definition: Student maintains personal space by keeping hands, feet, body parts, and belongings to themselves.
- Keep hands in lap or on your own desk
- Respect peer boundaries during transitions
- Ask permission before touching peer objects
Staying in Seat
Definition: Student remains in designated seat/learning station during direct instruction and assigned work times.
- Sit in chair facing forward during lectures
- Ask for permission before leaving work area
- Use active learning station without wandering
Coaching & Reminders
- Proactive Prompting: Give a gentle, private visual prompt (like pointing to the tracker desk chart) before giving a verbal warning.
- Collaborative Scoring: At the end of each Zone, invite the student to self-assess: "How did you do keeping your hands to yourself during Zone 3?"
- Instant Praise: Highlight the positive behaviors immediately when you see them to build positive reinforcement.
