The 3-Step Calm Switch Routine
Whenever you hear the transition signal, follow these three steps:

PAUSE HANDS

Freeze your hands right where they are. Park toys or materials on the rug or table.

DEEP BREATH

Breathe in like smelling a flower, blow out slowly like cooling warm soup.

SWITCH SEATS

Walk with calm feet to your work desk. Sit safely with chair tucked in.
