Quick Guide for Related Service Providers
First Day of Services Week of 8/31
Welcome back to another school year! To ensure our operations run seamlessly and your support is fully integrated from day one, please review these key administrative adjustments and collaboration protocols.
Critical Operational Shifts
Mandatory Main Office Sign-In/Out
All providers must sign in and out at the main office computer during every campus visit. This protocol acts as our official billing auditable trail to ensure your pay is accurate and processed on time without delays.
Room 18 Spaces Offline
We can no longer use the 18 Wash rooms or adjacent spaces as they are currently being repurposed. Your updated service delivery and workspace locations will be finalized and communicated prior to the start of services on 8/31.
Service Kickoff: Week of August 31, 2026
Direct student services officially begin the week of 8/31/2026. Please utilize the days prior to finalize your draft schedules (if applicable), complete EdPlan caseload reviews, and connect with families to introduce yourself.
IEP Collaboration & Related Service Scheduling Etiquette
Scheduling
Avoid pulling students from ELA and Math blocks. Stick to your assigned schedule, save Fridays for make-up sessions, and notify Ms. Conyers of rescheduled dates.
Attendance
Always reach out directly to Ms. Conyers to notify her of any absences or late arrivals as early as possible.
Paperwork
All drafted IEP goals, present levels (PLAAFP), and recommended accommodations must be uploaded to the portal at least 5 days before the scheduled meeting.
First Week Readiness Checklist
Verify IEP rosters and service minutes in system.
Locate and set up assigned service spaces on campus.
Introduce yourself to classroom teachers & case managers.
Test main office computer check-in system on day one.
