Present Level of Academic & Functional Performance (PLAAFP) Baseline
Currently, the student relies on multiple verbal prompts to record assignments in their agenda, recording tasks accurately on fewer than 40% of school days. Consequently, homework and project submissions average 45% on-time completion. The student requires an established visual routine to initiate and maintain independent tracking without adult verbal cues.
Annual Measurable IEP Goal Standard EF.4b
By September 2027, when provided visual supports (desk checklist and standardized agenda format) and zero adult verbal prompts, the student will independently record assignments, required materials, and due dates across all academic classes and submit completed assignments on or before the designated due date with at least 85% accuracy and timeliness across 4 consecutive weekly data tracking cycles.
