SYSTEM STATE: DIAGNOSTIC
COGNITIVE PROCESSOR
THE FRUSTRATION GLITCH
Every high-tech system encounters a "Glitch" when operations do not go as planned.
When a task gets blocky, a rule is broken, or things change suddenly, our brain's temperature goes up. This is called Frustration.
SYSTEM RULE #1: Glitches are 100% normal. It does not mean the system is permanently broken. It means it is time to troubleshoot.
ERROR DETECTION
BLOCKED PATHWAY
"I am stuck on this problem and cannot find the fix."
UNEXPECTED REDIRECT
"The schedule changed and we have to stop now."

CASE: LUKE'S GLITCH
Luke was coding a program in math class. When he clicked "RUN", a red syntax error crashed his program.
Luke felt his face grow hot and his chest tighten. His Fume Meter jumped to Level 3: Fume Alert. He wanted to slam his Chromebook shut.
Instead, Luke looked at his desk card and applied Code 4-7-8 Breathing to bring his system temp back to Level 1.
SIMULATED RECOVERY PHASE
1. IDENTIFY STATE LEVEL 3 DETECTED
2. APPLY REMEDIATION CODE: DEEP BREATH ROUTINE
> Inhale: 4s // Hold: 7s // Exhale: 8s
3. RESTORE STATE LEVEL 1 RESTORED

SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING CODES
When Fumes activate, immediately run one of these diagnostic scripts.
CODE 01
AIR RELEASE
Run the 4-7-8 deep breathing script. Inhale calm energy, hold system state, exhale the tension fumes completely. Repeat 3 times.
CODE 02
SYSTEM PAUSE
Press pause on your task. Push chair back, squeeze fists tight for 5 seconds to lock down physical tension, then release completely.
CODE 03
DATA REQUEST
Signal a human administrator (Teacher/Staff) with the "Help Signal" (raised hand or pre-set token) to run joint problem solving.

OPERATIONAL READINESS
OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
Always remember your Operator Protocols when dealing with system fumes.
01
GLITCHES OCCUR
Expect glitches to happen. They are standard operational occurrences. Do not fear them.
02
MONITOR THE TEMPERATURE
Consistently query your Fume Meter. Catch your frustration level at 2 or 3 before a 5 occurs.
03
RUN RECOVERY CODES
Choose your cool-down code. Practice them when your system is operating at Level 1.
04
REBOOT WITH CONFIDENCE
Every operator has the power to return their device to a stable operating state.

PHYSICAL WARNING SIGNS
When my system begins to overheat (Level 2 or 3), I notice these physical diagnostics (Check all that apply):
Warm/Red Face
Tension/Clenched Fists
Fast Heartbeat
Heavy/Fast Breathing
Fuzzy Brain / Confused
Loud / Tight Voice

THE SYSTEM GLITCH
Think of a standard classroom event that acts as a "Glitch" and raises your system temperature. Describe it here:
"My system overheats when..."
This glitch usually pushes my system up to Fume Level:
L1 L2 L3 L4 L5
03
MY TROUBLESHOOTING PLAN
When my Fume Level reaches Level 3 or higher, I will execute the following action script:
CODE: AIR RELEASE (4-7-8 Deep Breathing)
Inhale through nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, exhale slowly for 8 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
CODE: SYSTEM PAUSE (Muscle Lock & Release)
Squeeze my hands or shoulders tightly for 5 seconds, then completely relax them. Release physical load.
CODE: DATA REQUEST (Raise Help Token)
Place my red help token on my desk, or raise my hand to get support from the head operator (teacher).
