The Three Stamina Power-Ups
Strategy 1: Planning Your Task
Good planning sets you up for success. Before starting, Define a clear goal (what does "done" look like?), List each action needed, and Estimate time for each action.
Tip: Use your Stamina Planning Worksheet to record these steps.
Strategy 2: Chunking
Chunking means slicing a big job into bite-sized pieces. Aim for 3–5 chunks that feel doable. Focus on one chunk at a time . Finishing even a tiny piece builds momentum for the next one.
Tip: Practice this with your Chunking Activity Cards.
Strategy 3: Self-Monitoring
Keeping track of your progress helps you stay on course. Set checkpoints after each chunk to celebrate progress. Schedule short breaks (1–3 mins) to recharge. Adjust your plan if things take longer than expected.
