Welcome Back, Families!
Partnering together for a year of growth and confidence
Your Case Manager
Sophia Costa
Hi everyone!
My name is Sophia Costa and I will be your child's special education case manager! I am absolutely thrilled to be working with 4th and 5th grade this year.
As a case manager, my primary goal is to ensure your child has the support, accommodation, and encouragement they need to flourish. This transition year is full of exciting changes, and I am here to guide and advocate for them every single step of the way.
I believe that open communication is the key to a successful school year. Please never hesitate to ask questions, share celebrations, or let me know if your child needs extra support.
My Teaching Philosophy
"I believe that every student has a unique set of superpowers. My passion is to cultivate an inclusive, safe, and joyful space where students feel confident to embrace challenges, celebrate small wins, and discover exactly how they learn best. We aren't just meeting goals on paper—we are unlocking lifelong potential together."
