Book Bag Buddy Letterbook bag buddies! strengthening our growing readers Dear Families, Your child is applying a variety of strategies to decode words, sentences and texts during our MTSS/Flex time. Together, we are able to read, write, and do word work through the use of magnetic letters/tiles, white boards and pencil/paper activities. Each week, your child will bring home books, passages, or worksheets to complete in a book bag. Your child can read these to you, a sibling, or other caregiver—even a pet or a stuffed animal! "Reading at home is as important as brushing your teeth—it strengthens both body and mind." our weekly schedule bags go home Mon • Tue • Thu bags returned Tue • Wed • Fri On Fridays, bags stay at school for a weekend rest!
