01 / THE CORE CONCEPT
PROJECT LAUNCHPAD
Learning by Doing Real Work
Traditional Classrooms
You listen to a lecture, take notes, memorize terms, and take a written test. You learn about what others have done.
Project-Based Learning (PBL)
You get a real challenge, design your own solution, work with a team, and build a project. You learn by actually doing.
1. Find a Problem
Look at real business trends and decide what challenge you want to solve.
2. Plan & Create
Work with your team to design your strategy, product, or plan.
3. Share & Improve
Show your final work to the class, get feedback, and celebrate success.

Skills That Actually Get You Hired
Jobs don't care if you're good at taking tests. They care if you can get things done. Projects help you build and prove those skills.
Problem Solving
Learn how to look at a tough situation, think creatively, and design a solution that actually works.
Project Management
Learn to split up tasks, keep yourself organized, and finish your work on time without being nagged.
Real Teamwork
Learn to collaborate with classmates, listen to different ideas, and coordinate to build a better result.

03 / THE WORKSPACE
PROJECT LAUNCHPAD
Freedom with
Responsibility
"During projects, our class works more like a modern office space than a quiet classroom."
You will have plenty of independent time to get things done, but you are responsible for using that time wisely.
Dedicated Work Time
Most of our class time is spent working on your project. Use it to coordinate, build, and solve problems.
Independent Pace
You and your team decide how to split up the tasks, schedule your focus, and track daily goals.
Help On-Demand
I won't stand in front lecturing. I will move around the room to help your team tackle tough blocks.

How We Track Your Progress
You will have a lot of freedom, but you won't be left in the dark. We use simple checkpoints to keep everyone on track.
01 / THE PLAN
The Project Proposal
Write down your main concept, set simple team roles, and get my quick approval before diving in.
02 / THE CHECK-INS
Quick Progress Audits
Every week, I will meet with your team to review your progress, see what you've built, and help unblock tasks.
03 / THE SHOWCASE
Final Project Demo
Share your final product, presentation, or commercial with the class. This is where we celebrate your work!
Quick Note: Check-ins are not scary tests. They are just quick, friendly conversations to make sure you are moving forward.

How We Help
Each Other Grow
No great idea is built alone. Working in a vacuum makes projects weak. We share our work early to make it outstanding.
Getting feedback from your classmates is how good projects become great.
01
Be Helpful & Specific
Instead of saying "it looks okay," point to something real. Tell them how they can make their slides, logo, or logic better.
02
Support Your Peers
Feedback is not about telling someone their work is bad. It is about helping them win. Be kind, supportive, and useful.
03
Take Advice & Pivot
Do not take criticism personally. It's just helpful data. Use your classmates' suggestions to build an even cooler project.

How to Crush it in this Class
Since you have more freedom, your success depends on three simple habits. Master these and you will thrive.
1. Manage Your Time
Don't leave everything to the last minute. Set small goals for every class period and hit them.
2. Speak Up Early
If your team gets stuck, a classmate is not helping, or you are confused, tell me right away. Don't wait!
3. Be Willing to Try
It is okay if your first draft doesn't work. Making mistakes, fixing them, and trying again is how we succeed.
Your future starts in this classroom. Let's build something awesome.
