Giraffes are the tallest animals. They use their long necks to reach leaves on tall trees.

Safari Adventure Script
Use this script to narrate the Wild Safari Slides or a video presentation.
SCENE 1: Welcome to the Safari
Narrator: "Hello, friends! I'm so excited to take you on a safari adventure right from our classroom. Look around – can you see the vast open lands and the bright sun shining overhead? Today, we'll meet some of the coolest animals in the animal kingdom."
Narrator: "Before we start, think about your favorite animal. Can you say it with me? Let's all say it together!"
SCENE 2: Meeting the Lion
Narrator: "Here comes the magnificent lion, the king of our safari! Lions are known for their loud roars and brave hearts. Did you know that lions live in groups called prides? Let's all roar like a lion and show our inner king or queen!"
INTERACTIVE PROMPT:
"Can you try a gentle roar? Excellent job, everyone!"
SCENE 3: Exploring with Elephants
Narrator: "Now, let's meet our big, gentle friends – the elephants! Elephants are the largest land animals and have long trunks that they use like a magical hose. They also have big, floppy ears. Imagine using your arms as big ears – can you flap them like an elephant?"
INTERACTIVE PROMPT:
"Flap, flap, flap! Great elephant moves, everyone!"
SCENE 4: Stretching Like a Giraffe
Narrator: "Look up high! Here comes the graceful giraffe. Giraffes have very long necks that help them reach the tasty leaves on tall trees. Let's all pretend to stretch our necks as high as a giraffe. Reach up, reach up, so high in the sky!"
INTERACTIVE PROMPT:
"Stretch out and feel tall and strong, just like a giraffe!"
SCENE 5: Zooming with Zebras
Narrator: "Now, gather around for a look at the zebra. Zebras are famous for their unique black and white stripes which help hide them among their friends. Imagine you're a zebra – can you make stripes with your arms? Let's try it together!"
INTERACTIVE PROMPT:
"Wiggle, wiggle, stripe, stripe! Fantastic zebra moves, everyone!"
SCENE 6: Farewell Safari
Narrator: "Our safari journey is coming to an end. What a fun time we had exploring with lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras! Which animal did you enjoy the most today? Think about it and maybe draw a picture later!"
Narrator: "Thank you for joining me on this adventure. Remember, every time you look at an animal, you're looking at a friend of nature. Keep exploring and learning about the amazing world around you! Goodbye for now, little explorers! Until our next adventure..."
