📂 STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR MATERIAL
DO: In the "Add Sources" pop-up, choose upload and pick your MMC SYEP Day2 Agenda PDF. Point on-screen to the automated high-level summary inside the central Source Guide.
SAY: "Now, I am feeding the system our Day 2 Agenda. Watch the center panel—within seconds, it parses the PDF, reads it, and generates a clean, automated summary with key topics. It acts as our digital anchor before we even ask a question."
DO: Click into the chat bar at the bottom. Type exactly: "What are the exact communication protocols mentioned for using Slack and email?". Click on a citation number bubble when the answer generates, showing how the left side highlights the text.
SAY: "Let's run a precision lookup. I'll paste this prompt in: 'What are the exact communication protocols mentioned for using Slack and email?' Now, notice these small, numbered bubbles next to the generated claims. If I click bubble [1], the PDF instantly scrolls on the left, highlighting the paragraph in our uploaded agenda. No guessing, no search, absolute visual proof."

🎛️ STEP 4: TEST THE "WOW FACTOR" STUDIO FEATURES
DO: Click Quiz in the right-hand Studio panel. Hit "Save to Note". Next, trigger Audio Overview (AI Podcast) and hit generate. Lastly, click Slide Deck, click Customize (pencil), choose detailed layout, paste the slide prompt, and hit generate.
SAY: "Let's trigger the features that make leaders lean forward. On the right panel, I click 'Quiz'—and NotebookLM builds a custom multi-question test. I'll click 'Save to Note' to pin it as a sticky card. Next, I click 'Generate' on the Audio Overview.
