Today is a gray and rainy day. Gail is at her Grandpa’s farm. First, Gail puts on her yellow boots so she can play. She picks up a green pail and goes to help in the garden.
Gail helps Grandpa spray the thirsty plants with a little rain from the hose. Then, she walks down the muddy trail to the pond. On the way, Gail looks for tiny snail shells. She finds three snail shells and puts them in her pail to show her Mom.
At the pond, Gail sees her brother, Ray. Ray likes to sail his small toy boat. He likes to stay by the water and watch the boat float. Soon, the rain stops. Gail and Ray wait for Grandpa to call them for lunch. It was a great day at the farm!
