Pip is a little brown squirrel. Pip has a bright red hat. The hat is warm and soft. Pip wears his red hat every day.
The cold wind blows very hard. Whoosh! The red hat flies away in the wind.
Pip is sad. He cries, "Where is my hat?"
He looks up in the big oak tree. No hat.
He looks down under a wet leaf. No hat.
Pip walks past the green grass. He walks by the blue pond.
He sees his friend Bunny. Bunny is wearing the red hat! It fits over Bunny's long ears.
"I found your warm hat," Bunny says.
Bunny smiles. Pip smiles. "Thank you, Bunny!" says Pip. They are happy friends in the woods.
