The Dreamer's Space: This is a highly calming, artistic activity. We provide magazine clippings or direct drawing spaces on Page 2.
Career & Life Visuals: Provide a few printouts of diverse professions (Doctor, Artist, Mechanic, Pilot, Athlete, Teacher). Help them match their interest to a visual.
Future Frame: Model completing the phrase: "In the future, I want to be a..." Help them spell their dream profession. Let them color the vision board boarder with vibrant colors.
5. The Big Announcement & Class Wrap
90 - 100 Mins
Connecting to the Debate Vision: Pull up a photo of a large school auditorium or debate podium. Explain the end-of-year event gently.
The Reassurance: Point to their "This or That" choices. Say: "Today, you spoke. You chose dogs. You chose tacos. That is debate! Step-by-step, we will practice together. No fear."
Praise & Exit: Hand them another small positive reinforcer. Collect packets for display, or let them take them home proudly.
