Write a 3-4 sentence argument for why the Bridge should be the priority, using the concept of Timeframe.

Strategy Tip:
When arguing timeframe, always explain why sooner is better. Usually, it's because a fast impact removes the ability to solve other problems later. We call this a "bottleneck" or a "prerequisite."
