Reflection Practice: The Spark

Ask students to imagine their top strength as a "Spark." A single spark is bright, but it needs others to start a fire. Ask them to reflect before writing:

"When you worked in a group last year, did you feel like your 'Spark' was seen?"
"What's one thing someone else is better at than you that you actually admire?"
