Learning Objective

Students will define integrity as doing the right thing even when no one is looking and understand how it builds long-term respect.

Opening Hook (5 mins)

Facilitator Script: "Imagine you found a $10 bill on the floor of the empty hallway. No one is around. No cameras. What do you do? Integrity Ninja used to think that rules were only for when teachers were watching. But he learned that a ninja's honor comes from their own heart, not from who sees them. Today, we're building our internal compass."

The Hidden Ninja Test

"Character is What You Do in the Dark!"

Integrity means being the same person when you're alone as you are when you're with others. It's about following your 'Ninja Code' because it's the right thing to do, not because you'll get a reward or get in trouble.

Facilitator Script: "If you see someone drop trash and you pick it up and put it in the bin without saying anything—that's integrity. You didn't do it for a 'gold star.' You did it because you care about our school. That is a master-level leadership trait."

Role Play: The Secret Mistake

Scenario

You accidentally clicked a link on the computer that you weren't supposed to, and a weird screen popped up. No one saw you do it.

Ninja Mission

Partner A whines 'Just close the tab, nobody will know!' Partner B must practice 'Integrity Ninja' leadership by explaining why they are going to tell the teacher anyway.

Debrief Discussion
