MISSION: Transport your entire team across a 20-foot "lava river" using only your island stepping pads.
Rules of the Game:
- Keep Contact: A poly spot must always have at least one team foot on it. If left empty, the lava "washes it away" back to start!
- Lava Touch: If any player touches gym floor, the whole team resets to start line.
- Passing Islands: Pass unused spots from back of line to front to advance forward.
Debrief Question:
"How did you decide who was the anchor passer at the back?"
Level Up Challenge:
Mute mode: Complete the entire crossing using only silent hand signals!

Halved Pool Noodles & 1 Tennis Ball
MISSION: Roll a marble/tennis ball across 30 feet into a target bucket without the ball ever touching the ground.
Rules of the Game:
- No Walking with Ball: Feet must be planted when the ball is inside your pipe piece.
- The Leapfrog Shift: Once the ball exits your pipe, sprint around your team to the front of the line to catch it next.
- Target Drop: The ball must roll off the final pipe straight into the bucket.
Debrief Question:
"What pace (fast vs. controlled) kept the ball from dropping?"
Level Up Challenge:
Add an obstacle slalom: Guide the ball around 3 cones along the course!

MISSION: Guide your sightless partner safely from the start box to retrieve a designated beanbag treasure.
Rules of the Game:
- Voice Only: Guides must stand outside the perimeter box. Zero physical touching!
- Precise Directions: Use specific commands (e.g., "take two baby steps forward", "turn right 90 degrees") rather than "go over there".
- Mine Trigger: Touching any cone adds a 3-second freeze penalty.
Debrief Question:
"Which words were easiest to follow when you couldn't see?"
Level Up Challenge:
Sound cue code: Guide your partner using only clap patterns (1 clap = left, 2 = right)!

MISSION: Pass a hula hoop completely around your joined-hand team circle in the fastest possible time.
Rules of the Game:
- Locked Hands: Players must maintain a firm two-hand clasp at all times. If hands break, restart!
- Body Gymnastics: Duck, step, twist, and wiggle through the hoop without using fingers to grab it.
- Full Circuit: The timer stops once the hoop returns to the starting player.
Debrief Question:
"How did teammates help each other step through without using hands?"
Level Up Challenge:
Twin Hoops: Send two hoops in opposite directions at the exact same time!

1 Small Gym Tarp or Large Bed Sheet
MISSION: Flip the entire tarp completely upside down while every single team member stands continuously on top of it.
Rules of the Game:
- No Ground Contact: Not a single shoe sole or toe may touch the floor outside the tarp boundary.
- Team Shifting: Work together to crowd onto one corner, flip the exposed side, then migrate onto the flipped side.
- Safety: No climbing onto other players' shoulders or pushing.
Debrief Question:
"How did balance and patience impact your group's success?"
Level Up Challenge:
Fold penalty: Fold the tarp in half first, cutting the surface area by 50%!

6 Cones & 4 Foam Pool Noodles
MISSION: Construct a 3-tier standing tower using cones and noodles without anyone using their bare hands to touch the pieces.
Rules of the Game:
- Noodle Chopsticks: Players may only maneuver and stack cones by pinching them between pairs of pool noodles.
- 3-Second Stability: The completed structure must stand independently for 5 seconds to count as solved.
- Tower Collapse: If the tower tumbles, regroup and try a new base blueprint!
Debrief Question:
"How did having specific roles make picking up the cones easier?"
Level Up Challenge:
Crown the King: Balance a tennis ball at the very peak of your top cone!
