LEARNING TARGET:

I can catch an object in motion and, immediately upon contact, quickly transition my stance to aim and execute an accurate throw at a dynamic target during live gameplay.
Catch-to-Aim Transition (Upon Contact)
- Secure ball with two soft hands in balanced athletic base
- Pivot hips immediately toward target field upon contact
- Scan and acquire visual lock on the moving target's path
Aiming at Dynamic Targets
- Anticipate speed & vector (lead the dynamic runner/target)
- Step directly into throwing lane with opposite foot
- Release with crisp follow-through for rapid contact

JET BALL (DYNAMIC EVASION & AIM)
Opening 10 Minutes
Game Rules & Flow:
- Setup: All runners line up across the gym baseline. Two selected throwers/hitters stand at the wall.
- Trigger: Throwers throw balls simultaneously against the wall; runners sprint across to the far side.
- Action & Freeze: If hit, sit down immediately at that exact spot. Seated players can tag crossing runners.
- Victory: Round concludes when all runners are successfully hit/tagged!
