Lower chest to floor from a plank position, then push back up. Keep core tight.

Feet shoulder-width apart, sit back as if into a chair, then return to standing.

Forearm Plank
Hold a straight line from head to heels while resting on your forearms and toes.
Core Stability
Forward Lunges
Step forward and lower hips until both knees are bent at 90-degree angles.
Legs & Balance
Glute Bridges
Lie on back with knees bent. Lift hips toward ceiling while squeezing glutes.
Lower Back & Glutes
Mt. Climbers
In plank, quickly alternate bringing knees to chest. Keep your back flat.

Bird-Dog
On hands and knees, extend opposite arm and leg simultaneously. Maintain balance.
