Format 1 HR/DAY
1. Voice & Tone
Teens project energy, give clear boundaries, and establish authoritative yet positive presence on the gym floor.
2. Safety Check
Inspect play zones, secure gear, manage body contact, and enforce strict, proactive injury-prevention rules.
3. Active Ref
Avoid standing still on sidelines. Facilitators run with the play, call out infractions immediately, and encourage sportspersonship.

Points are only scored by catching the disc inside the designated endzone boundaries. No running in with the disc!
The 10-Stall Rule
The defender marks the thrower and counts "Stalling 1, 2... 10" loudly. Disc must be thrown before 10 or turnover.
Instant Turnovers
If the disc hits the gym floor, goes out of bounds, or is intercepted/dropped, the other team takes immediate possession.

• Triangular Kneel: Three players kneel in a triangle under the ball.
• Support Hands: Place palms flat facing up, supporting the ball's weight on shoulders.
• Heads Down: Keep necks tucked to protect faces from the striker's swing.
The Active Striker
• Upright Focus: The fourth player steps up to strike.
• Two-Hand Hit: Clasp both hands together. Strike with arms, never single-handed!
• Horizontal Blast: Hit the ball outward and upward, never straight down.

The 3 Teams
The court has three teams playing simultaneously: Grey, Pink, and Blue.
The Shout Call
Before striking, the striker must yell "Omnikin!" followed by the color of the team with the highest score.
Defense Catch
The called team must slide and cushion the ball before it touches the gym floor. Catch = no point scored!

Objective
Build teamwork and master the weight distribution of the giant 4ft ball.
Equipment
1 Giant 4ft Kin-Ball (OmniKin).
Gym Setup
Create a wide oval boundary track using standard court lines. Split teams into lines of 4.

Race along the track without letting the ball hit the floor.
Drop ball = freeze for 5 seconds as a time penalty.

CARD 2 - TACTICAL
OmniKin Strike Tactics
Objective
Practice setting up a three-person base and striking with clean horizontal power.
Equipment
2 Giant Kin-Balls, 12 dome cones.
Gym Setup
Divide gym into two half-court zones. Put one team on each side with one ball.

3 players kneel and hold the ball above shoulders.

The ball must fly at least 6 feet horizontally. No downward spikes!
Leader Command Focus
Active Refereeing: Enforce the "two-handed" hit. Single hand hits can cause thumb or wrist strains. Call fouls if a player strikes with only one fist.

Objective

The Elastic Frame
• Dual Scoring: Points can be scored on frames set up at both ends of the gym.
• The Strike: Players throw the ball hard at the elastic net so it bounces outward.
• Angle Focus: Change the throwing angle to aim the rebound away from defenders!
The Forbidden Semi-Circle
• 3-Meter Line: A semi-circle is marked out on the floor surrounding each frame.
• No Step Inside: Players cannot touch the floor inside this zone with the ball in hand!
• Air Borne Throws: You can jump, throw the ball in mid-air, and land inside AFTER release.

3 Seconds Max
You can only hold the ball for a maximum of three seconds. No stalling! Pass or strike immediately.
3 Steps Max
You can take a maximum of three steps with the ball in your hands. Run your route, plant, and pass!
3 Passes Max
The attacking team can make a maximum of three passes before they MUST throw the ball at a frame.

In Tchoukball, players are expected to call their own line fouls and drops. A great teen facilitator teaches peer respect and steps in only to support, not to lecture.

No Argue Policy: If they argue, blow whistle and run a neutral jump-ball.

Objective
Master throwing angles so the ball bounces off the elastic frame and evades defenders.

1 Elastic Tchoukball Rebound Frame, 4 handballs, dome cones.

Place the frame against the wall. Mark out a semi-circular forbidden zone (10ft radius). Scatter cones as landing zones.

Thrower stands at the edge of the semi-circle line.

Voice & Line Watch: Strictly enforce the forbidden line. Blow whistle immediately if a player's toes clip the semi-circle line during their throw. Keep play safe and flat!
CARD 2 - FOOTWORK
The 3-Step Shuttle
Objective
Internalize the maximum 3-step footwork and 3-second hold rule during fast transitions.
Equipment
4 handballs, agility ladders or chalk lines.
Gym Setup
Create a lane with 3 spaced cones representing steps. Set up pairs facing each other.

Quick Rules
Catch ball at Cone 1. Take a max of 3 steps to Cone 3.
Release pass to partner within 3 seconds of catching.
