Center of Gravity
A lower center of gravity increases stability. Bending your knees is the key to balance.
Base of Support
The area between your feet. A wider base makes it harder for external forces to tip you over.
Alignment
Keeping your head over your hips and your hips between your feet ensures maximum structural integrity.
