Daily Class Routine
1 Enter gym area quickly, quietly, and have a seat in assigned area.
2 Place all personal belongings in the designated area.
3 Listen attentively for agenda, activity & warm-up.
4 When exiting, line up quietly and wait to be released.
Core Class Rules
Be on time and ready to participate.
Wear appropriate PE clothing & athletic shoes.
Respect classmates, teacher, and equipment.
No roughhousing, bullying, or unsafe behavior.

No talking, whispering, or mouthing words allowed.
2. Narrow Line Balance
Stand shoulder to shoulder in a single file line for each challenge round
3. Re-Order Shuffle
Slide past each other in appropriate order of challenge

2 Small Gym Mats / Planks
The Challenge
Transport your entire squad across open gym floor using only 2 small mats ("bridge planks"). All students must fit on 1 mat while the second mat is passed forward!
Floor Contact = Entire squad resets to start
Piggyback & Tight Hug Holds Allowed
🧩 The puzzle: How to compress 6 bodies onto 1 small surface area.
The 3-Step Plank Loop
Step A: The Compact Squeeze
All players step tightly onto mat with arms locked.
Step B: The Overhead Pass
Lift empty mat overhead or around bodies to the front.
Step C: The Advance Step
Transfer one player at a time onto Plank 2 and repeat!
