The 3-5 Minute Rotation
Keep the energy high! Prompt groups to shift leadership regularly to ensure maximum participation and empowerment:
"Great work, Team! Let's give a round of applause. Who would like to lead our next physical movement? Anyone can take a turn!"
Supporting Shy Leaders
If a participant is hesitant to lead, try these cooperative strategies:
- Suggest **Co-Leading** with a staff member.
- Offer a 1-move role: "Show us 1 favorite stretch!"
Post-Play Team Huddle (5 Minutes)
Gather the group back into a full circle. Facilitate an open reflection using these direct engagement prompts:
"What qualities made someone an encouraging or effective leader today?"
Reflection • Empathy
