On their first date, Manuel was very romantic, and because of that Elena told him "I like you a lot." The couple went out many times after that, and they had a lot of fun. Manuel always brought flowers for Elena, and they held hands when they went out.
However, some months later, the relationship changed. One day, Elena received a text message from a college friend, Juan. Manuel saw a message from Juan on Elena's cell phone and got angry immediately. Elena was surprised because Manuel was never a jealous boyfriend.
He asked if she flirted with Juan in the past, but she said no. The couple argued a lot after the message. Manuel accused Elena of being a liar, but she maintained that she never cheated on him.
Because of this, last week, Elena broke up with him. She was tired of the drama in their relationship.
