Noticing your emotions without judging them.
Coping
How you handle stress and bounce back.
Just like physical health, your mental health needs daily care!
Core Concept 2 Understanding Stress
What is Stress?
Your body's reaction to a challenge or change.
Natural Alarm
Stress is a built-in alarm. It prepares you to focus, react, and stay safe.
Stress Triggers
A trigger is anything that causes stress (tests, arguments, busy schedules).
Everyone feels stress. What matters is how we respond.

How Does Stress Feel in Your Body?
Your body gives you clues before you even realize you are stressed.
