Green Light: Dribble in the open space.
Red Light: Trap the ball with the bottom of your foot!

Gate Passes
Face your partner. Stand on opposite sides of a cone gate .
Kick the ball through the gate! Use the inside of your foot.

Pin Knockdown
Aim at the pins . Step next to the ball with your other foot.
Kick! Can you knock all 3 pins down?
Focus: Accuracy

Rocket Launch
Stand behind the line. Take a big step and kick for POWER !
Try to kick your ball past the furthest marker!
Focus: Distance

Jump Jungle
Do 10 jumps with your jump rope (or pretend rope)!
Then, do 5 jumping jacks . Start over and keep going!

Procedure

Warm-up: Body Part Tag
Students move in space. On "Freeze!", call a body part (e.g., "Knee to spot!"). Final call: "Eyes on me!"
8 MIN
Demonstration: Skill Cues
Soft Touch: Inside foot dribbling to keep ball in your personal "bubble."
Sticky Foot: Trap by gently stepping on ball. "Don't squash the bug!"
Swing & Follow: Backswing, strike, and follow-through toward target.

Stations (5 min each)
1. Snake Trail: Dribble zig-zag through cones.
2. Sticky Feet: Move in space; trap on whistle.
3. Gate Passes: Accuracy passing with a partner.
4. Pin Knockdown: Strike targets from a line.
5. Rocket Launch: Kick for power toward far wall.
6. Jump Jungle: Jump ropes or line jumps.
Cool Down
Responsible cleanup. Store balls in bins. Reflect on the "Soft Touch" while walking back.
