How to Play (Step-by-Step)
Tag & Rescue Game
1
Remote Controls (The Taggers)
2 students hold foam noodles ("remotes"). They travel safely and tap runners gently below the waist to "freeze" them into couch potatoes.
2
Couch Potatoes (Frozen Players)
Tagged students walk to the mats ("the couch"), sit back, cross their legs, and pretend to be lazy while watching TV or playing video games.
3
Healthy Superheroes (The Rescuers)
1–2 helpers carry the basket. They hand a healthy food to a couch potato, chant "Get off the couch!", and count as they exercise!
Re-Entering: Couch potato does 5 reps, pretends to "CHOMP" the food, returns it to the basket, and jumps back in!
