Gear Sponges & Buckets THE SETUP (Per Team) Line up each team in a single straight row. Place one FULL bucket of water right at the head (front) of the line, and one EMPTY bucket right behind the very last student. Hand a big sponge to the first player in line! HOW TO PLAY 1 Dunk and Soak! The first player in line dunks the dry sponge into the full bucket of water so it is completely soaked. 2 Pass Over Head! Pass the wet sponge over your head to the teammate behind you. Keep passing it overhead down the whole line! 3 Squeeze and Run! The last player receives the sponge, squeezes every drop into the empty bucket, and runs all the way to the front of the line! 4 Shift Back and Repeat! Everyone takes one step back to make room. The runner is now at the front! They soak the sponge and start passing again. HOW TO WIN! The team that fills their empty bucket with the most water wins the showdown! Players 2 Even Teams Time 5-8 Mins Skill Balance Gear Steps & Cones THE SETUP (Per Team) Line up each team in a single straight row. Place a cone about 20-30 feet in front of each team line. Place one set of walking steps (with ropes) at the front of each line. HOW TO PLAY 1 Step Up & Grab! The first player in line steps onto the walking steps and pulls the ropes up tight so their feet stay secure. 2 Monster Walk! Stomp like a giant monster! Walk all the way forward toward your team's cone, keeping your balance. 3 Turn Around the Cone! Make a wide monster turn around your cone and stomp all the way back to your line without stepping off. 4 Pass the Steps! Once back, carefully step off and hand the steps to the next player. Go to the end of the line so they can stomp! HOW TO WIN! The first team to have every single monster complete their walk and return safely to the line wins the race! TEACHER PRO-TIPS • K-1 Adapt: If steps are too high, let them wear oversized cardboard "monster feet" instead. • Ooops Rule: If they fall off, they just step back on and keep going from that spot!

Players 2 Even Teams Time 5-10 Mins Skill Stacking Gear 10 Boxes THE SETUP (Per Team) Line up each team in a single straight row. Place a cone about 20-30 feet in front of each team line. Give a stack of 10 empty pizza boxes to the first player in line! HOW TO PLAY 1 Pile 'Em Up! The first player stack all 10 pizza boxes flat in their arms, ready to carry the giant tower. 2 The Pizza Delivery! Walk or run carefully to the cone, loop all the way around it, and carry the tower back to your team. 3 Oh No! Pizza Spill! If any boxes slide off and drop, you must stop immediately, pick them up, and stack them back perfectly before walking again! 4 Hand Off & Shift! Pass the stack of 10 boxes carefully to the next teammate. Head to the back of the line while they start their route! HOW TO WIN! The first team to have all delivery drivers successfully complete their route with all 10 pizza boxes wins the game! Give the first player of each team a folded beach chair and a beach bag containing a towel, sunglasses, and a magazine. HOW TO PLAY 1 Pack & Carry! Grab the beach chair and beach bag. Run as fast as you can to your "shoreline" cone! 2 Set Up Camp! Unfold your chair, lay out the towel, sit down, put on your sunglasses, and open up the magazine! 3 Pack It All Up! Jump up! Fold the towel, sunglasses, and magazine back into the bag. Fold up your chair and run back! 4 Pass to Next Beach Bum! Pass the chair and bag to the next teammate. Go to the end of the line while they catch some rays! HOW TO WIN! The first team to have all of their beach bums successfully set up camp, pack up, and return wins the relay! The first player pulls the giant shirt and giant pants over their own clothes as fast as they can! 2 Run and Stomp! Run all the way down to the cone, loop around it, and run back to your team wearing the silly, oversized outfit. 3 The Quick Change! Take off the giant shirt and pants as quickly as you can, and hand them to the next player in line. 4 Hand Off and Repeat! The next teammate quickly suits up and starts their run. Players Duo Pairs Time 5-8 Mins Skill Teamwork Gear Velcro Strap THE SETUP (Per Team) Match players of similar height and build into pairs. Stand side-by-side, wrap arms around each other's waist, and tie your inside legs touching together with a yellow velcro strap so you share "one middle leg"! HOW TO PLAY 1 Tie & Arm Wrap! Each duo wraps their arms around each other's waist and fastens their middle legs securely with the velcro band. 2 Find Your Step Rhythm! Call out "Inside, Outside!" to step together in perfect rhythm. Moving together is much faster than running alone! 3 Turn Around the Cone! Stomp all the way to your team's cone, pivot carefully around it together, and step back without falling. 4 Tag & Hand Off! Cross the line and tag the next pair. Walk to the end of the line while they set off on their 3-legged adventure! HOW TO WIN! The first team to have all of their 3-legged pairs successfully complete the course and return wins the race!
