Assigned poly spots; 8–12 boundary cones; red/yellow/green visual cards.
Set-Up Before Class
Place 2 sets of 4 color rows with 5 spots each. Cone off equipment/storage. Establish a wide, clear loop.
Safety Focus
Walking only. Eyes up, hands to self, stay within boundaries.

Instructional Delivery & Assessment
Lesson #01
Main Game: Traffic Time in the Garage
How to Play: Students act as "cars" traveling the road inside the coned boundary. Call colors or show cards:
Green Card Walk safely on loop
Yellow Card Slow motion crawl
Red Card Statue freeze
On the call "Garage!", students must navigate directly back to their assigned color poly spot and stand tall in Ready Body.
Station & Setup Notes
Whole-group activity. Always begin with a single direction of travel. If students begin bunching up, immediately widen boundaries or divide the class into two loops traveling the same way. Never add running or speed on day one.
Tactical Teaching Cues
- 1 "Walk on the road only."
- 2 "Eyes up: clean windshields."
- 3 "Red is freeze; garage is spot."
Standard Cleanup Cue
"Hey Team!" Call
Music off → Shout "Hey Team!" → Return to Ready Body.
