Dynamic Warm-Up
Jog one lap, then form a circle. Perform dynamic stretches: high knees, butt kicks, walking lunges, and hip rotations to prepare muscles.

Dribbling Drill
5 cones, 5 yards apart. Dribble in/out using alternating feet for control. Challenge students to keep heads up and shield the ball from imaginary defenders.
