Step 1: Space Calibration & Safety Rules (3 Mins)
1. Airplane Wings Rule
Students extend arms wide and turn 360°. If fingers brush a wall or table, take 2 steps inward.
2. 3-Foot Buffer Zone
Strict no-go zone around folded tables, stages, or doors. Feet must stay on flat flooring.
3. Freeze Cue
When Sub raises two hands and calls "STATUE!", all freeze instantly without sound.
Step 2: Spot-Based Dynamic Warm-Up (7 Mins)
Zero Travel Required
Shoulder Rolls 10 Fwd / 10 Back
Roll shoulders tall; loosen neck and upper back.
Torso Twists 20 Reps Total
Hands at chest level, pivot hips smoothly side-to-side.
March & Reach 30 Seconds
High knee march on the spot, punch sky with opposite hand.
Stork Balance 15s Each Leg
Single-leg stand. Advanced: touch nose with index finger.

Game 1: Shadow Ninja Reaction Duel (12 Mins)
Rhythm & Reaction
Setup & Pairing
Pair students 4 feet apart facing each other. One is Ninja Leader, one is Shadow Mirror. Absolutely zero contact.
How to Play
Leader moves continuously (squats, slow martial poses, arm blocks). Shadow mirrors motions instantly in real time without hesitation.
Sub Cue & Twist
Clap twice every 60s to switch roles. Twist Round: Double-speed mirroring or 1-leg balancing challenges.
2
Game 2: Rhythm Echo Storm (12 Mins)
Cooperative Auditory Rhythm
The Concept
Transform the entire cafeteria into an atmospheric indoor thunderstorm using bodily rhythm patterns.
4 Rhythm Layers
- Level 1 (Wind): Rub palms in circular motions
- Level 2 (Drizzle): Gentle finger snaps
- Level 3 (Downpour): Rapid lap patting
- Level 4 (Thunder): Single controlled floor stomp
Conducting the Wave
Point from Left to Right like a maestro. Transition students smoothly back to total silence to reclaim 100% room focus.
Acoustic Sub Trick: Don't yell over hall echo. Use the "Call & Match" pattern: clap-clap-pause-clap!

Game 3: Museum Guard & Living Statues (10 Mins)
Stealth / Balance Tag
Roles & Boundary
1–2 students are Museum Guards facing away from the group. All others are Statues starting on a baseline 25 ft away.
Rules of Engagement
While Guards face the wall, Statues advance using slow, controlled steps. When Guards turn, Statues freeze in athletic balance poses.
Winning Condition
Wobbling = step back 3 steps. The first statue to reach the guard line without being spotted moving becomes the next Guard.

Game 4: Cafeteria Codebreakers (10 Mins)
Cooperative Brain & Body
Code Movement Key
- Code Alpha (1): 3 Jumping Jacks / Star Reaches
- Code Beta (2): 5 Squats
- Code Gamma (3): 5s Plank or Wall Sit
- Code Delta (4): High Knees for 10 reps
Sub Callouts
Sub calls out a sequence string (e.g., "Decrypt: 1 - 2 - 4!"). Squads execute the exact physical sequence in unison without speaking.
Team Scoring
First squad to finish and return to a silent attention stance scores 1 cipher point. Fast, clean, synchronized form wins.
Step 3: Seated Recovery & Mindful Breathing (6 Mins)
Heart Rate Reduction
1. Box Breathing (4-4-4)
Inhale nose for 4s • Hold 4s • Exhale mouth 4s. Complete 5 full cycles with eyes closed.
2. Seated Butterfly Stretch
Soles of shoes together, knees out. Gently lean forward to stretch hips and lower spine for 30s.
3. Neck & Wrist Decompress
Ear to shoulder rolls (5 each side) followed by gentle wrist rotations to release upper body tension.
Sub Survival Guide & Dismissal Protocol Classroom Transition
Behavior Quick-Fix:
If energy boils over, call "Code Zero" (everyone sits cross-legged with hand on heart counting 10 silent pulses).
Worksheet Handout Time:
Hand out the Movement Detectives Activity Sheet during the last 8–10 minutes for individual cool-down reflection.

2. Create Your Own 4-Layer Rhythm Storm
Acoustic Choreography
In the Rhythm Echo game, you created soundscapes using only your body. Design your squad's custom 4-stage weather sequence using quiet body percussion actions (e.g., foot tap, thigh pat, hand rub, chest tap, finger snap).

3. Spatial Awareness Analysis
Why is spatial awareness (the "Airplane Wings Rule") even more critical when doing PE in a cafeteria or auditorium than on a wide outdoor field?
