Foundational Footwork (Simpler Content)
The student can perform the basic parts of a kick and identify key vocabulary, but struggles with a continuous approach on a moving ball.
Foundational Skills:
- Kick a stationary ball using a plant foot.
- Identify the 5 critical elements when watching others.
- Kick a moving ball but must stop/pause before striking it.
