Lateral Shuffles
Side-to-side movements! Stay low in an "athletic stance" and move quickly between markers to simulate court movement.

Leg Lifts & High Knees
Activate leg muscles used for jumping. High knees in place or across the floor. Keep your back straight and core tight.
