Expectations of Student Athletes
Player Agreement
Community Pride: Represent team, school, and towns through respect and good sportsmanship.
Practice Commitment: Commit to the team by attending at least one practice per week.
Positive Teammate: Promote positive team culture, work hard, enjoy competition, and grow skills.
Proactive Communication: Communicate concerns or time management issues with Coach in a timely manner.
Expectations of Coaches
Coach Agreement
Exemplary Conduct: Represent team, school, and towns through respect and sportsmanship.
Teamwork & Morale: Promote teamwork and actively nurture a positive team culture.
Safe Growth Environment: Create a safe athletic space where athletes can make mistakes and learn.
Parent & Player Dialogue: Communicate concerns with players and parents appropriately and timely.
Clear Team Logistics: Communicate clear team expectations, season schedules, and game/meet times well in advance.
Expectations of Parents & Guardians
Parent Agreement
Positive Role Models: Be positive cheerleaders and role models for sportsmanship at events for all players and teams.
Productive Support: Help student athletes communicate concerns or share concerns with the Coach productively.
Timely Pickups: Be present for pickup times in a prompt and timely manner following all athletic events.
