Three Ways to Practice Everyday Resilience
1. Mindful Check-In Spend 2 minutes quietly breathing and reciting your focus target before start of class.
2. Accountability Pair Check in weekly with a friend. Read your Stem 12 commitments out loud together.
3. Reframe Routine When hit with a low mark, write down 3 clear, positive diagnostics you learned from it.
