Culminating Ritual: The Living Web of Connections (15 Minutes)
Gather students in a wide circle on the rug or around desks. Hold a ball of bright yarn. This physical ritual makes peer connections visible and memorable for language learners.
1. Hold & Share
Teacher holds yarn end: "My name is Ms. Rivera, and I love soccer."
2. Toss the Yarn
Toss ball to a student who also likes soccer or raised their hand. Keep holding your piece.
3. Reveal the Web
By the end, every learner holds the string. Emphasize: "We are all connected!"
