Instructional Focus
Core Goal
Improve coordination of symmetrical, alternating, cross-midline, ipsilateral, contralateral, and rhythmic alternating patterns to support functional gross motor development.
Success Indicators
- No pausing in symmetrical jumps
- Fluid opposition during marching
- Stability during quadruped arm/leg lifts
- Rhythmic timing in skipping
Facilitation & Cues
