"Over the past few weeks, we've built a toolkit. We started with awareness—noticing our thoughts. Then reframing—actively shifting those thoughts. And finally, gratitude—consciously appreciating the good. Today, we're bringing it all together into a roadmap for your daily life: your Mindset Action Plan."

Your Personal Mindset Plan (25 Minutes)

"Life will always throw challenges our way, but having a plan helps you navigate them with optimism. I'm going to hand out the Project Guide now. We'll walk through the five sections: Triggers, Reframes, Gratitude, Support, and Action Steps."

Distribute the Mindset Action Plan Guide.
Allow 15-20 minutes for drafting. Circulate to provide 1-on-1 brainstorming help.
