1 Pass the Talk Token (a small object). Only the holder speaks!
2 Pick a Starter Prompt. You have 30 seconds to speak.
3 Pass the token. The next player must respond with a related comment or question.
4 Complete 2 full rounds of back-and-forth to win the Relay!

Variation: Coping Challenge

Introduce a "Stress Square." If a player lands there, they must share a feeling and use a Coping Strategy (like a deep breath) before taking their turn.
