In your new environment, the people you choose to walk with will define your reputation before you even speak.

Two Types of Circles:

Convenience Friends: People who are just there. They lead you into trouble because they have nothing to lose.
Strategic Allies: People who want to win. They respect your boundaries and push you toward your goals.

"List the 5 people you give the most energy to. Who is an Asset and who is a Liability? Write about the kind of ally you deserve to have."
