"Good morning everyone! Today, we're going to talk about something really important: the amazing qualities each of us possesses. We all have unique strengths and positive traits—a kind of 'inner radiance'—that make us who we are."
"Think for a moment: What does it mean to have a 'positive quality'? Can anyone give an example of a positive quality you've seen in someone else?"
Part 2: Deepening the Glow
1
What are some positive qualities you admire in your friends or family members? Why do you admire them?
2
Can you think of a time when one of your positive qualities helped you or someone else? What happened?
3
Why is it important to recognize our own positive qualities?
4
Is it sometimes hard to see our own strengths? Why do you think that is?
Closing Transition
"Remember, everyone has positive qualities, even if they don't always see them. Today, we're going to celebrate those qualities! Let's get moving and see what strengths your classmates see in you."
Teacher Tip: If the class is quiet, share a positive quality you see in the class as a whole (e.g., "I admire how curious you all were during yesterday's science lab").
