Instructional Flow
1. Introduction to Resilience

• Introduce the lesson objective: building resilience and regulating emotions.
• Define “setback” (a challenge that slows us down) and “resilience” (the ability to bounce back) in student-friendly terms.
• Prompt students to share a quick example of a setback they’ve experienced.
2. Scenario Discussion

• Divide students into pairs or small groups.
