This lesson helps students understand the power of their thoughts, enabling them to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and develop lasting perseverance.
Objective
Students will learn to identify negative self-talk and reframe it into growth mindset statements, fostering resilient thinking habits.

Welcome the student and explain that today's session is about exploring how our thoughts affect us. Introduce the "inner voice."

Draw a Scenario Card and read the "Fixed" thought.
Reframe it into a "Growth" mindset statement.
Move forward 1 space for every successful reframe!
