Introduction & Warm-Up
Greet the students and introduce the topic of emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Explain that today they will be doing a self-assessment to help them think about how they understand their feelings and interact with others.

Distribute Self-Assessment
Hand out the "Heart Compass Self-Assessment". Explain that this is not a test, but a tool for them to reflect on their own feelings and actions honestly. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers.
